摘　　要：从气、水、生态三方面论述了城市发展过程中 ,城市环境所受到的破坏 ,提出城市发展必须有足够的发展空间使城市的生态环境与之相均衡。This artide discusses the destruction of urban enviroment of air,water and ecology in the course of city development,and puts forward that there mustbe sufficient development space of city of keep the balance of urban eco logical environment and city development.
