摘  要:重点介绍水合肼的生产工艺及技术进展。水合肼的生产工艺主要有拉西法、尿素法、酮连氮法和过氧化氢法 4 种,前 2 种方法存在设备投资和能耗较高等缺点,在国外已较少使用。酮连氮法和过氧化氢法具有无盐类副产物、无环境污染、原料成本及能耗低、产物收率及纯度高等优点,代表了水合肼生产工艺的发展方向。The production process and technology progress of hydrazine hydrate were emphatically introduced. The production processes of hydrazine hydrate mainly comprise raschig process, urea process, ketazine process and hydrogen peroxide process. During the 4 processes, the first 2 processes had the drawbacks of higher cost and energy consumption, and seldom were used abroad. Ketazine process and hydrogen peroxide process had many advantages, such as salt-free, non-pollution, lower cost , lower energy consumption, higher yield and higher purity of the product ,etc. Therefore, they represent the development trend of hydrazine hydrate.
