摘　　要：红外扫描测温仪是一种带可见光寻像的一维扫描测温仪 ,可对电力工业高压电气设备和热力设备的故障进行诊断。本文论证了仪器的技术参数和使用功能设计的依据、光学、电路和结构设计方案 ,温度定标方法 ,使用效果表明性能完全合乎设计要求 ,实用性强。The infrared thermal scanner instrument is a one-dim en sional space thermal scanner with visible light image searching. It can be used for the breakdown diagnosis of high-pressured electrical equipment and thermal e quipment in electric power industry. The paper proves the bases of design plan o f optics, circuit and structure, method for temperature standard fixing. The ope ration results show that the performance of the instrument gets the demands in p ractical testing and the instrument has good utility.
