摘　　要：目的　探讨脆性组氨酸三联体 (FHIT)蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数、P53蛋白表达之间的关系。方法　采用免疫组化SP法 ,检测了 14例正常子宫内膜 ,3 8例子宫内膜癌蜡块组织标本中FHIT蛋白及P53蛋白表达情况。结果　FHIT蛋白缺失仅见于子宫内膜癌组织中 ,缺失率为 3 1.6% ;且其失表达与高FIGO分期、高组织学分级及组织学类型有关 ;与肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移与否及P53蛋白表达之间无相关性。结论　FHIT基因的改变发生在子宫内膜癌变过程的晚期 ,测定FHIT和P53的表达可用于高危人群的筛选。Objective To investigate the expression of fragile histidine triad (FHIT) protein in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological indices and the expression of P53 protein.Methods Expression of FHIT and P53 in 14 cases of normal endometrial tissues and 38 of endometrial carcinomas were detectedby immunohistochemical SP.Results 31.6% of endometrial carcinoma showed loss or absence of FHIT expression but all the specimens of normal endometrial gland exhibited FHIT expression .Loss of FHIT protein expression was significantly associated with advanced FIGO stage ,high histological grade and nonendometrioid type of adenocarcinoma .There were no significant correlation between the expression of FHIT gene and muscular invasion ,lymph node metastasis and the expression of P53 protein.Conclusion Alteration gene seems to be a late event in carcinogenesis of the endometrium ,detection of FHIT and P53 expression in endometrial carcinoma might be useful in screening of high-risk population.
