摘　　要：目的　探讨胃底贲门癌术后腹腔温热灌注化疗对胃底贲门癌术后腹膜转移和生存率的影响。方法　胃底贲门癌患者对照组 2 5例单纯手术 ,化疗组 4 6例手术加术后腹腔温热灌注化疗。结果　化疗组 2年及 3年生存率高于对照组 ,腹腔 2年及 3年复发率低于对照组。结论　胃底贲门癌术后腹腔温热灌注化疗 ,对于防治肿瘤腹膜转移、提高患者生存率有重要意义。Objective To analyze the effect of intr ap eritoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on metastatic rate and survival ra te of postoperative gastric fundus cardiac carcinoma. Methods Pat ients with gastric fundus cardiac carcinoma were divided randomly into control group a nd study group. In total 71 cases, 25 cases were treated by operation as contro l group. 46 cases received intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy p ostoperatively as study group. Results The peritoneal recurrence r ate of 2 and 3 years in study group was much lower than that of control group, 2 and 3 years survival rate in study group was higher than that of control grou p. Conclusion Intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherap y in postoperative gastric fundus cardiac carcinoma may be effect on preventing the peritoneal metastasis and improving the survival rate.
