头针结合现代康复治疗对脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能和智力发育的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察头针与现代康复疗法在治疗小儿脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)中的协同作用。方法:研究对象为2001-08/2004-08在深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院及中医院收治的脑瘫患儿,90例符合入选标准的脑瘫患儿随机分为3组,头针组、现代康复组和头针+现代康复组,连续治疗60d,治疗前治疗结束后进行日常生活活动能力(ADL)、运动功能、智能发育评定。结果:经60d治疗后,3个组ADL评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗前后ADL差值头针+现代康复组犤(23.7±3.1)分犦明显高于其他两组犤(16.9±1.7),(17.2±1.5)分犦(P<0.01),头针组、现代康复组治疗前后差值差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。运动功能评分,治疗后3组间有差异,但无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗前3组智能发育商评分间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后则差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),头针+现代康复组好于其他两组。头针组治疗前后分别为(58.46±3.95),(79.30±4.86)分,现代康复组为(57.43±3.78),(80.70±3.92)分,头针+现代康复组分别为(58.69±5.53),(89.65±7.36)分。结论:头针与现代康复疗法结合治疗可改善患儿的ADL、运动功能及智力发育水平。AIM: To observe the synergistic action of scalp acupuncture and modern rehabilitation in treating infantile cerebral palsy (CP). METHODS: Ninety CP children, who met the inclusive criteria and were hospitalized in the Baoan Hospital of Women and Children Health Care and Baoan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2001 to August 2004, were randomly divided into scalp acupuncture group(group A), modern rehabilitation group(group B) and scalp acupuncture+modern rehabilitation group(group C), and they were treated for 60 days successively. Their activities of daily life (ADL) and motor function and intellectual development were assessed before and after treatment. RESULTS: After treatment for 60 days, the ADL scores were all higher than before treatment in the three groups (P< 0.01), the score difference of ADL scores in group C (23.7±3.1) was obviously higher than those in group A (16.9±1.7) and group B (17.2±1.5) (P< 0.01), and the difference was insignificant before and after treatment in group A and group B (P >0.05). There were insignificant differences in motor function among the 3 groups (P >0.05). The differences in intellectual development score among the 3 groups were not obvious before treatment (P >0.05), but significant after treatment (P< 0.01), and it was better in group C than in the other two groups. The intellectual development scores before and after treatment in group A were 58.46±3.95 and 79.30±4.86, in group B were 57.43±3.78 and 80.70±3.92, in group C were 58.69±5.53 and 89.65±7.36 respectively. CONCLUSION: Scalp acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy can ameliorate the ADL, motor function and intellectual developmental level of CP children.
