摘  要:目的 评价医用硅胶及羟基磷灰石在眶底骨折后修复眶底骨质缺损 ,避免复位后的眶内软组织再次疝出及矫正复视及眼球内陷的应用。方法  2 2例眶底植入硅胶 ,最长观察时间为 8年。 3 6例植入羟基磷灰石人造骨 ,最长观察时间为 2年。观察指标为术后眼球内陷和复视的矫正情况以及手术后与植入材料有关的并发症。结果 植入医用硅胶后 1例发生感染 ,手术取出。植入的羟基磷灰石人造骨片未出现感染或排异反应。结论 羟基磷灰石人造骨片作为眶底植入材料具有足够的支撑功能 ,能够修复眶底较大面积的缺损。Objective To evaluate the effects of hydroxyapatite grafts on treatment of the patients with defects of orbital floor from facial trauma. Methods All patients underwent obital floor defects were devided into two groups.The frist group involved 22 patients were reconstructed with silicone and the second group involved 36 patients with hydroxyapatite. Results The silicone group underwent 1 infection and had to be taken away.The total efficiency rate of diplopia was 100%,and the cure rate of enophthalmas was 96.6%. Conclusion Hydroxyapatite used as material of obital wall reconstruction reduces the risk of infection and extrusion.It has enough sustentation for wide defect of orbital floor.
