中空隔离眼片对眼外伤后睑球粘连的预防作用

摘　　要：目的　观察自行改制的中空隔离眼片对眼外伤后睑球粘连的预防作用。方法　睑结膜及球结膜热烧伤或化学伤后的患眼 ,冲洗后于结膜囊内置入中空隔离眼片 ,防止睑球粘连的发生。结果　 9例中只有 1例发生轻度睑球粘连。结论　睑结膜及球结膜外伤后结膜囊内置入中空隔离眼片可有效地防止睑球粘连的发生。Objective To observe the prevention effects of hollowed palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva isolate to the atretoblepharia.Methods The patient whose palpebral conjunctiva and bulbar conjunctiva had been burned by heat or by chemistry injury,after having been treated with conjunctival sac flushing was been placed the isolate into the sac to prevent the atretoblepharia.Results Among the 9 patients only 1 had gently atretoblepharia.Conclusion The atretoblepharia can be effectively prevented by placing the hollowed isolate into the sac.
