摘 要:目的 比较自行研制的自酸蚀黏结系统B1、B2与商品自酸蚀黏结系统Contax、ClearfilSEBond及磷酸酸蚀系统的剪切强度 (SBS) ,评价它们对牙釉质、牙本质的黏结能力。方法 人磨牙 35颗制得牙釉质、牙本质试件各 35个 ,均随机分为 5组 ,分别用B1、B2、Contax、ClearfilSEBond及磷酸酸蚀系统处理后 ,黏结树脂进行SBS测试。结果 不同种类黏结系统牙釉质的SBS之间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,对于牙本质 ,磷酸酸蚀系统的SBS(10 .31± 3.0 9)MPa低于B1(19.32± 2 .94 )MPa、B2 (18.90± 2 .5 2 )MPa、Contax (19.0 8± 7.0 0 )MPa和ClearfilSEBond(2 0 .81± 1.0 4 )MPa ,P <0 .0 5。结论 自行研制的自酸蚀黏结系统B1、B2对牙釉质、牙本质均有较理想的黏结力 ,不同种类自酸蚀黏结系统B1、B2、Contax。Objective To compare the SBS of experimental self-etching systems B1,B2 with Contax, Clearfil SE Bond and phosphate etching systems and make a simple analysis on their adhesive effectiveness. Methods Enamel and dentin specimens obtained from 35 extracted human molars were randomly classified into five groups, respectively (n=7).The specimens were treated with B1,B2,Contax,Clearfil SE Bond and phosphate etching systems, respectively, then covered with resin composite for SBS test. Results The SBS on enamel of different self-etching systems were not significantly different(P>0.05). The SBS on dentin of phosphate etching systems was significantly lower than B1(19.32±2.94)MPa,B2(18.90±2.52)MPa,Contax(19.08±7.00)MPa and Clearfil SE Bond(20.81±1.04)MPa(P<0.05).Conclusion The experimental self-etching systems B1,B2 can get satisfactory SBS on both enamel and dentin. The adhesive effectivenesses on dentin of different self-etching systems B1,B2,Contax and Clearfil SE Bond were all better than those on phosphate etching systems.
