摘　　要：目的　分析评价INTRAFLOWTM麻醉释放系统的临床效果及安全性。方法　 12 0例患者随机分成 2组 ,实验组 6 0例应用INTRAFLOWTM麻醉释放系统注射麻醉 ,对照组 6 0例采用局部浸润麻醉 ;注射后记录麻醉起效时间、患者血压、心率变化 ;麻醉效果采用患者自评 (视觉模拟标尺表法 ,即VAS法 )及医生评定相结合。结果　 2组的麻醉效果差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,麻醉后的血压、心率记录差异亦无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但实验组麻醉起效较对照组快 (P <0 .0 1) ;实验组麻醉 1颗或相邻的 2颗牙齿只需要注射 1个部位 ,对照组视牙位及治疗目的的不同需要注射 1～ 3个部位。结论　INTRAFLOWTM麻醉释放系统具有良好的麻醉效果和安全性 ,麻醉起效快。Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect and safety of the INTRAFLOW TM anesthesia delivery system of articaine.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The test group (60 patients) were anesthetized with the INTRAFLOW TM anesthesia delivery system while the control group (60 patients) with local anesthesia. The blood pressure and pulse were recorded. The evaluation of the anesthesia effect was performed by doctors and patients with Visual Analogous Score (VAS value). Results There was no difference in blood pressure, pulse and anesthesia effect (P>0.05), but there as a great difference in onset of the anesthesia (P<0.01) between two groups. When a single or two adjecent teeth were anesthetized, only one injection was needed in the INTRAFLOW TM anesthesia delivery system group; but three were needed in controls.Conclusion The INTRAFLOW TM anesthesia delivery system is effective, safe, and easy to use, so it is recommended in dental anesthesia.
