摘  要:目的 建立下颌第一恒磨牙Ⅰ类洞型三维有限元模型。方法 将制备Ⅰ类洞型的离体下颌第一恒磨牙经CT扫描及图像处理 ,通过特定的有限元软件建立三维有限元模型。结果 建立了具有真实感的下颌第一恒磨牙Ⅰ类洞型三维有限元模型。结论 此建模方法切实可行 。Objective To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the first permanent mandibular molar with classⅠrestorations. Methods The first permanent mandibular molar with classⅠrestorations in vitro was scanned and the images were processed. Then special softwares such as AutoCAD2000 and ANSYS7.0 were used to establish a 3-D finite element model. Results A 3-D finite element model of the first permanent mandibular molar with classⅠrestorations was established. The results of stress analysis, based on the 3-D model, were similar to the results reported in overseas literature. Conclusion The modeling method is effective and reliable. The 3-D model has favorite similarities in geometry and mechanics.
