低分级脑星形细胞瘤术后放疗或放化疗综合治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　对50例低分级脑星形细胞瘤(kernohan分级法Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)术后单纯放疗或放化疗综合治疗的 患者进行回顾性生存分析。方法　1994年1月～1998年12月我科收住低分级脑星形细胞瘤50例,均有术后病理 证实,根据术后治疗方案不同分为两组,即单纯放疗组予术后放疗,总剂量为50～66Gy;放化疗综合组予术后放疗 结束后再静脉给药化疗。结果　单纯放疗组1、3、5年生存率分别为100%、75.0%、53.6%,放化疗综合组1、3、5 年生存率分别为95.5%、72.7%、45.5%,两者无显著差异P>0.05。结论　对低分级脑星形细胞瘤术后放疗后不 提倡加用化疗。Objective To retrospectively analyze the survival of 50 cases of low grade astrocytoma received radiotherapy orsynthetizing radiochemotherapy postoperatively.Method fifty cases of postoperative low grade astrocytoma were treated in our hospital from Jan-1994 to Dec 1998,they were all confirmated by postoperative pathology.They were divided into two groups according to their treatment,a group of radiotherapy(RT) were postoperative radiotherapy with a total dose of 50~66Gy,the other group of radiochemotherapy (RCT) received chemotherapy intravenously after radiotherapy.Rusult The group of RT 1-,3- and 5 year survival rates were 100%,75.0% and 53.6%.The group of RCT 1-,3- and 5 year survival rates were 95.5%,72.7% and 45.5%.There was no significant difference between them (P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with low grade astrocytoma do not need chemotherapy after radiotherapy.
