摘　　要：目的:探讨TIMP 1在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤浸润、转移及预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术(SP法) 对63例胃癌组织的TIMP 1进行检测,结合临床资料进行分析。结果:胃癌组织的TIMP 1的阳性表达率为 52.4%(33/63)。TIMP 1的表达强度随着分化程度的升高而增加;在早癌组中表达良好,而在进展期癌组中表达 差;在无淋巴结转移组中表达较有淋巴结转移组中表达好。结论:TIMP 1可作为判断胃癌恶性行为的重要生物学 指标,亦是判断预后的重要指标。Objective: To investigate the relationship between presence of TIMP-1 and invasion 、metastasis、prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods:Sixty-three specimens of gastric cancer were assessed by immunohistological method(SP method).Results:The rate of positive expressions of TIMP-1 was 52.4% (33/63).higher expression of TIMP-1 and more deeply staining of histologic classification were found in gastric cancers.The expression of TIMP-1 in early gastric carcinoma had strong staining,while week staining in advanced gastric carcinoma.The positive expression of TIMP-1 in lymph nodes without metastasis was higher than that in metastatic lymph nodes.Conclusion:TIMP-1 is negative regulator of invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer and is new sign of biological behavior in gastric cancer.
