急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与血白细胞计数关系的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与血白细胞计数 (WBC)之间的关系 ,为脑梗死的病因诊断、治疗和预防提供重要依据。方法　 84例急性脑梗死患者根据颈动脉超声检查结果 ,分为颈动脉粥样硬化斑块组 (斑块组 )和颈动脉粥样硬化非斑块组(非斑块组 ) ,并根据斑块积分将斑块组颈动脉粥样硬化程度分为 3级 (轻、中、重度颈动脉粥样硬化斑块 ) ,分析颈动脉粥样硬化及程度与血WBC的关系。结果　急性脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化斑块组患者血WBC明显高于非斑块组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且血WBC异常者 ,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块程度重。结论　急性脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化斑块组患者血WBC明显高于非斑块组 ,且血WBC异常者 ,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块程度重。Objective To discuss the relationship between the carotid plapue in acute cerebral infarction patients and the amount of white blood cell, to provide an important evidence for the pathogeny diagnoseds, therapy and prevention in atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods 84 acute cerebral infarction patients were separated into artherosclerosis in carotid artery plaque group(plaque group) and artherosclerosis in carotid artery non-plaque group(non-plaque group)by using ultrasound, the degree of artherosclerosis in carotid artery was separated into slight, middle and severe types, to analyze the relationship between the artherosclerosis in carotid artery plaque in acute cerebral infarction patients and the WBC. Results The WBC was markedly higher in the artherosclerosis in carotid artery plaque group than that in the non-plaque group(P<0.01),and the plaque in artherosclerosis in carotid artery was severe in patients who with abnormal WBC. Conclusion The WBC was markedly higher in the artherosclerosis in carotid artery plaque than in the non-plaque group(P<0.01),and the plaque in artherosclerosis in carotid artery was severe in patients who with abnormal WBC. Higher level of WBC in serum has clinical meaning for reflecting the artherosclerosis in carotid artey in acute cerebral infarction patients.
