摘　　要：　目的　研究家兔前肢太阴经五腧穴:少商、鱼际、经渠、太渊和尺泽的层次结构。方法　先对腧穴定位标识,逐一对腧穴层次解剖。结果　五腧穴浅层穴树多以头静脉、桡神经浅支为基础,深层穴树以桡动脉及分支和正中神经为基础。结论　家兔前肢太阴经五腧穴与头静脉、桡动脉及分支、桡神经、正中神经有密切的关系,这也许是针刺五腧穴治病的形态学基础。Objective To study the structure of the Five Shu points: Shaoshang, Yuji, Jingqu, Taiyuan and Chize of the Taiyin meridian in rabbit’s forelimb.Methods The points were first located and marked and then dissected.Results The shallow-layer point trees of the Five Shu points are based on the cephalic vein and the shallow branches of the radial nerve, and the deeplayer point trees are based on the radial artery and its branches and the median nerve.Conclusion The Five Shu points of the Taiyin meridian in rabbit’s forelimb are closely related to the cephalic vein, the radial artery and its branches, the radial nerve and the median nerve, which may be the morphological basis for the treatment of diseases by needling the Five Shu points.
