摘　　要：目的 :分析上颌窦恶性肿瘤的CT表现 ,探讨CT对上颌窦恶性肿瘤分期的作用。方法 :回顾性分析 2 7例病理证明为上颌窦恶性肿瘤的CT资料。结果 :窦腔内的软组织肿块及窦壁骨质破坏为上颌窦恶性肿瘤的共有表现 ,肿瘤可沿破坏的窦壁或沿神经向窦外侵犯 ,结合颈部横断面的CT扫描 ,可判定肿瘤的分期。结论 :CT扫描是准确评价上颌窦恶性肿瘤及其分期的有效检查手段。Objective: To analyze the role of CT scan in the diagnosis and staging of maxilla sinus malignant tumor. Methods: Data from CT scan in 27 patients were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were confirmed histologically. Results: All cases manifested soft tissue mass in the sinus cavity and sinus wall bone destruction. The tumor could infiltrate out of maxilla sinus through destructive bone or nerve. Combining the neck traverse site contrast scan, staging diagnosis could be accurately made. Conclusion: CT scan is an effective examination in diagnosis and evaluation of staging.
