摘　　要：本文对现存时效制度的缺陷作了一些分析 ,并提出了完善时效制度的粗浅看法 ,以期消除人们对时效制度的误解 。This paper analyzes the defects in the existing system of limitation of actions,and puts forward some suggestions to perfect it so as to eliminate people′s misunderstandings about it,thus civil rights better of protecting civil subject.
