摘　　要：本文回顾和总结了合作社理论研究的新近发展。首先综述了合作社理论在演进过程中不同经济学研究方法及其形成的理论观点 ;在此基础上 ,重点论述了 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,经济学者把合作社看成企业、一种联盟、一组契约关系三种视角的主要研究成果 ;最后综合各文献资料 。This paper reviews the recent development on the area of theoretical research on cooperative theory. Beginning with summarizing the evolution of cooperative theory, this paper discusses different economic research means and their viewpoints. What's more, this paper categorizes post 1990 theoretical research on agricultural cooperatives into three major streams of output: (a) extensions of the “cooperative as a firm”; (b) the cooperative as a “coalition”; and (c) the cooperative as a “nexus of contracts”. Based on these reference articles, it finally gives a simple conclusion on the evolution of cooperative theory.
