摘  要:目的 :研究妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤 (GTT)中E cadherin与PCNA的表达意义。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测了妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中E cadherin与PCNA的表达。结果 :E cadherin在正常早期绒毛 (NP)及其肿瘤 (CM、IM、CCA)中表达率分别为 5 6.2 9%、42 .0 7%、1 9.3 0 %、7.1 4% ,各组间差异非常显著。PCNA在NP、CM、IM和CCA中表达率分别为 1 0 .40 %、2 0 .76%、5 3 .60 %、5 1 .95 % ,各组间差异非常显著。E cadherin与PCNA阳性率呈负相关。结论 :E cadherin和PCNA的检测有助于良恶性GTT的鉴别 ;EObjective: To investigate the features of E-cadherin and PCNA in gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT). Methods:E-cadherin and PCNA were detected by immunohistochemistry in paraffin-embedded tissue of GTT. Results:In normal placenta(NP), complete hydatidiform mole (CM), invasive hydatidiform mole (IM) and choriocarcinoma (CCA), E-cadherin index (EI) were 37.73%, 28.05%, 19.30% and 7.14% respectively with significant differences among them. The PCNA index (PI) were 10.40%, 20.76%, 53.60% and 51.95% respectively also with significant differences among them. Significantly negative correlation was found between EI and PI. Conclusion:E-cadherin and PCNA can be helpful to distinguish IM and CCA from CM. The decreasing or negative expression of E-cadherin is helpful to the cell proliferation in GTT.
