提上睑肌缩短术在治疗中重度先天性上睑下垂中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察应用提上睑肌缩短术治疗中重度先天性上睑下垂的效果。方法:对39例(56眼)中重度先天性上睑下垂患者采用经皮肤-睑结膜入路提上睑肌缩短术。并对术后效果进行随访观察。结果:本组39例(56眼)随访2～18mo,除2眼矫正不足外,余均获得良好效果。上睑缘弧度及双重睑形成良好,术后仅部分病例早期有轻度睑裂闭合不全,无暴露性角膜炎等并发症发生。结论:提上睑肌缩短术可适用于中重度先天性上睑下垂患者,在矫正畸形和改善外观方面均能达到良好的效果。AIM: To observe the effect of treating congenital blepharo ptosis in moderate and severe cases by shortening of levator palpebrae superioris muscle. · METHODS: Thirty-nine cases (56 eyes) with moderate or severe congenital bleph aro ptosis were treated by shortening levator palpebrae superioris muscle via an incision made in up-eyelid skin. The postoperative effects were observed in the follow-up · RESULTS: The correction effects are good in all patients of the group except 2 eyes in the follow-up of 2-18mo. The eyelid radian and an upper lid fold were formed well and only some eyes slightly unclosed. There were no exposure keratit is or other severe complications. · CONCLUSION: The technique of shortening levator palpebrae superioris muscle c an be used to treat moderate or severe congenital blepharo ptosis and achieve go od effects in correcting the deformity and improve appearance. ·
