摘  要:提出了一种PIV系统(Particle Image Velocimetry)测量误差的实验评价方法,并建立了一套PIV误差 实验评价系统。得到了PIV测量误差在空间及时间上的概率分布特性;对PIV实验参数中的几个关键参数进行优 化。应用PIV系统,对高压共轨式电控喷射系统的喷雾粒子速度场进行了测量和研究。研究表明,在喷雾过程后 期,喷雾体内部出现大尺度的涡流结构;提高喷射压力之后,出现涡流结构的时刻提前。This paper presents an experimental method to evaluate the PIV system (Particle Image Velocimetry) measure errors. 2-D PIV evaluation system has been developed. Due to the analyses of errors, the spatial and temporal statistical characters of the measure errors are obtained and two experimental parameters that are significant in optimizing PIV performances are identified. The PIV system is employed in diesel spray measurement in this paper. The conclusions shows that vortex structures appears in the spray during last injection period, and when the common rail pressure raised, the time of appearing this structure while also become short.
