摘  要:目的 观察辐照氟银异体骨移植的成骨活性情况。方法 24只健康成年南昌大白兔随机分为2组,造成 颅顶部1cm×1cm的骨缺损,分别将制备好的辐照氟银同种异体骨(A组)、自体骨(B组)植入骨缺损区。于术后 4、8、12周行放射性核素骨显像检查。结果 放射性浓度在逐渐增加,8、12周趋于稳定,A、B两组比较,术后4周 有显著差异(P<0.05),8、12周无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 辐照氟银异体骨有良好的成骨活性。Objective To observe bone metabolic activity of allograft of radiated bone incorporated with norfloxacin and silver.Methods A segmental bone defect(1 cm×1 cm)models were created at skull parietal bone in 24 NanChang rabbits. They were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the bone defect was filled by the radiated allogeneic bone incorporated with norfloxacin and silver(RABNS)group(Group A) and autogeneic bone group(Group B).the effect of repairing defects was observed by Radionuclide bone imanging.Results The radioactivities were increased postoperatively,and were stable in the 8th、12th week.The radioactivity showed higher in Group B than in Group A(P<0.05), however it was no significant among different groups in the 8th、12th week(P>0.05).Conclusion RABNS has good osteogenic ability.
