辐照氟银同种异体骨的微生物学评价

摘  要:目的 观察经过辐照氟银处理的同种异体骨的抑菌效果。方法 分别将制备好的辐照氟银同种异体骨(A 组)、单纯辐照同种异体骨(B组)、深低温冷冻同种异体骨(C组)进行细菌培养和抑菌试验,并对辐照氟银异体骨进 行含银量测定。结果 A、B、C组骨材料均无细菌污染,抑菌作用以A组材料抑菌效果最明显(P<0.01)。辐射氟 银同种异体骨含银量为0.96±0.52μg/g。结论 辐照氟银同种异体骨的制备可避免污染,骨材料抑菌效果好,可 预防术后感染及交叉感染的并发症。Objective To observe the bacteriostatic effect of allogeneic radiated bone incorporated with norfloxacin and silver.Methods There were the radiated allogeneic bone incorporated with norfloxacin and silver(RABNS)group(Group A)、radiated allogeneic bone group(Group B)and deep-frozen allogeneic bone group(Group C).they were assayed by bacterium culture and inhibiting bacteria in vitro,Ag + level were detected in RABNS.Results No bacterial growth was found in bone grafts of Group A、B、C.By contrast, bone grafts of Group A effectively inhibited growth of bacteria(P<0.01).Ag +level were 0.96±0.52 μg/g in RABNS.Conclusion RABNS had good bacteriostatic effect,It can avoid contamination,and the infection and cross-infection of the bone allograft.
