高眼压下小梁切除术23例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨高眼压状态下施行小梁切除术的疗效。方法　术前术中用多种方法使眼压逐渐下降后 ,再按常规完成手术。结果　 82 .6 %的患者术后不用抗青光眼药物 ,眼压能控制在 2 1mm Hg以下 ,无严重并发症发生。结论　对青光眼患者眼压不能满意控制的情况下 ,应该果断选择手术治疗。Objective To observe the effects of the trabeculectomy in high intraocular pressure eyes. Methods The operations were performed after the intraocular pressures were reduced by the pre-or intra-operative managements. Results The intraocular pressures of 82.6% patients were lower than 21mmHg without any anti-glaucoma-drug after the operation. The effect was satisfactory. Conclusion If the intraocular pressure cannot be reduced to normal, the trabeculectomy also is a wise chance.
