摘 要:采用4因素正交旋转组合设计,研究了氮、磷、钾、硼施用量对供试品种渝黄1号和GH06种子含油量的影响。结果表明:1)氮、磷、钾、硼养分因子对含油量均有较大影响;2)施用氮肥有降低含油量的作用,而钾、硼肥有提高含油量的作用,增施磷肥在一定范围内可以提高含油量,超出适宜范围则会降低含油量;3)氮、磷肥水平之间有较显著的互作效应,并与土壤本身的理化性状有关。Regression method of orthogonal gyration combination with four factors was employed to elucidate the influences of application levels of nitrogen (N),phosphorus (P),potassium (K) and boron (B), the four chief fertilizer factors of rapeseed quality determination on the oil content of seed (OCOS) of yellow-coated rapeseed cultivars (Yuhuang 1 and GH06). The results are as follows: 1) The oil content of seed was significantly affected by all the four fertilizer factors. 2) Over application of N showed reduction effects on OCS, while K and B increased the OCS. Appropriate sufficient application of P had positive effect on OCS, but excessively high P level reduced the OCS values. 3) Significant interactions between N and P application levels were detected, but these interactions were dependent on the physical and chemical characteristics of the soil.
