摘 要:目的 :研究体外培养的成骨样细胞在受到不同应变强度的张应力作用后其增殖状态的改变。方法 :采用四点弯曲细胞力学加载仪对成骨样细胞MG - 6 3分别以不同强度的张应力进行力学刺激 ,并对其受力后的增殖状态进行了研究。结果 :在 10 0 0 μstrain的张应力作用后成骨样细胞增殖指数有升高但与未受力时无显著差别 ;在2 0 0 0~ 4 0 0 0 μstrain范围内的张应力作用后其增殖指数较未受力时显著升高 ,其中 ,2 0 0 0 μstrain张应力作用后增殖指数最高 ;4 0 0 0 μstrain以上则随着应变值的增加 ,细胞的增殖指数不断升高并显著高于受力位于 4 0 0 0 μstrain以下时。结论 :在生理受力范围内 ,2 0 0 0 μstrain的张应力对成骨样细胞的促增殖作用最强 ;而超过生理受力范围的张应力作用于成骨样细胞后 ,随着力值的增大 ,细胞增殖活性逐渐增强并高于细胞受生理范围内张应力作用时。Objective: To investigate the effect of tension-stress with different amplitude on the alternations of the proliferative state of the osteoblast-like cell. Methods: The osteoblast-like cell MG-63 were stimulated with different amplitude by four-point-bend loading device, and the different proliferative index after tension-stress load were studied. Results: The proliferative index increased when the cell was under tension-stress load of 1000 μstrain, but no significant difference was noted ; the proliferative index increased significantly when the cell were under tension-stress load of 2000~4000 μstrain , but the peak point of proliferative activity appeared at the tension-stress load of 2000 μstrain.; when the osteoblast-like cell were under tension-stress load of 4000-8000 μstrain, the proliferative index increased with the rising of amplitude and much higher than that under the tension-stress load with 2000~4000 μstrain. Conclusion: When the osteoblast-like cell were under tension-stress load within physiological limit , the proliferative activity increased to peak at 2000 μstrain; When the osteoblast-like cell were under tension-stress load beyond physiological limit , the proliferative activity increased with the rising of amplitude and much higher than that under the tension-stress load within physiological limit.
