摘 要:离子淌度质谱是离子淌度分离与质谱联用的一种新型二维质谱分析技术 ,离子淌度分离原理是基于离子在飘移管中与缓冲气体碰撞时的碰撞截面不同 ,离子可按大小和形状进行分离。经过 30多年的发展 ,离子淌度质谱已配有多种最新的离子源及质量分析器 ,理论研究也日渐成熟 ,并在蛋白质、多肽及复杂化合物异构体分析方面越发显示出独特的优势 ,正在发展成为一种新型的重要分析工具。Ion mobility mass spectrometry (IMMS) is a new 2-dimensional analysis technology which couples the advantages of ion mobility (IM) separation and mass spectrometry (MS). Ions can be distinguished by IMMS which depends on the conformation and sizes of ions whose collision cross sections(Ω) are different when they collide with the buffer gas as they fly through the drift tube. Great progress has been made with IM over 30 years and IMMS has equipped with the newest ionization methods and mass analyzers. Today, IMMS shows more and more particular merits in analyzing the proteins, peptides and complex isomers and is becoming a powerful analytical tool in life science.
