摘　　要：目的 :评价阿霉素热碘油栓塞对兔VX2肝癌的抑瘤效果 .方法 :将VX2瘤细胞接种于 6 0只新西兰白兔肝左叶 ,建立兔肝癌模型 ,随机分 4组 ,每组 15只 .利用导管经肝动脉分别给生理盐水、超液态碘油、37℃ADM碘油、6 0℃ADM碘油及于不同组 ,1wk后观察各组肿瘤体积及血清AST水平 ,观察瘤兔的存活期 .结果 :6 0℃ADM碘油组生长率(5 3± 11) %与对照组 (348± 117) %相比有差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,与超液态碘油组 (99± 2 1) % ,37°CADM碘油组 (89±16 ) %相比有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) .6 0℃ADM碘油组存活期 (5 3.0± 3.0 )d与其他处理 (4 6 .0± 2 .5 ,4 7.5± 3.0 )d相比有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) .6 0℃ADM碘油组血清AST水平治疗前后变化与其他处理相比无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,与对照组相比有差异(P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :6 0℃ADM碘油组可大大降低肿瘤生长率 。AIM: To evaluate the anti tumor effects of heat ADM lipiodol via hepatic artery on VX2 hepatocarcinoma in rabbits. METHODS: VX2 carcinoma cells were surgically implanted into the left liver lobe of 60 male New Zealand white rabbits, which were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 15 rabbits in each group. Physiological saline, lipiodol, ADM lipiodol (37℃), ADM lipiodol (60℃) were administrated via hepatic artery in different groups to embolize the liver cancer. The size of tumor and the level of the serum AST were observed one week later. The survival period of VX2 rabbits was also observed. RESULTS: In the group of ADM lipiodol (60℃), the tumors growth rate (53±11)% was significantly lower than that in the other treated groups (99±21, 89±16)% ( P <0.05) and the untreated control group (348±117)% ( P <0.01). The survival period of ADM lipiodol (60℃) group (53.0±3.0) d was significantly longer than the other treated groups (46.0±2.5, 47.5± 3.0) d ( P <0.05). Before and after the treatment, the serum level of AST in ADM lipiodol (60℃) group was not higher than that in the other treated groups ( P >0.05) but after treatment, it was significantly higher than that in the untreated control group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: ADM lipiodol (60℃) greatly decreases the tumors growth rate and prolongs the survival period.
