肺癌患者治疗前后血浆ET、CGRP含量检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨血浆内皮素 (ET)与降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在肺癌患者治疗前后含量的变化。方法　应用放射免疫分析法测定 38例肺癌患者和 30例正常人血浆中 ET、CGRP含量。结果　肺癌患者血浆中 ET水平显著高于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1) ,而 CGRP水平则明显低于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1)。经化疗后 1个月 ,血浆 ET仍高于正常人组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,CGRP水平仍低于正常人组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　检测肺癌患者血浆中 ET和Objective To explore the changes of plasma endothelin(ET) and calcitonim gene related peptide(CGRP) levels before and after treatment in patients with lung carcinoma.Methods Levels of plasma ET and CGRP were determined by RTA in 38 cases of lung carcinoma and 30 normal controls before and after treatment.Results In patients with lung carcinoma the plasma ET level was higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01),but plasma CGRP level was lower than those in normal controls(P<0.01).After one month's treatment,plasma ET was still higher(P<0.05) and CGRP was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of plasma ET and CGRP levels might be closely related to the onset and development of lung carcinoma.
