摘　　要：目的 :探讨生存素 (Survivin)的研究新进展及其与皮肤恶性肿瘤的关系。方法 :阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果 :Survivin在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起关键作用 ,是估计肿瘤预后和复发的重要指标。结论 :Survivin可能参与皮肤恶性肿瘤的发生发展 。Objective:To explore the new progress of survivn and the relationship between Survive and cutaneous cancer.Methods:Reading the literatures home and abroad,then summarizing them.Results:Survivin played a critical role in the genesis and development of tumor.It was an important predictor for prognosis and recurrence of tumor.Conclusion:Survivin may participate in the genesis and development of the cutaneous cancer.It may be a new therapeutic target in cancer.
