摘 要:目的 探索能拮抗铅毒性的锌剂量 ,为防制铅毒害提供理论依据。方法 从妊娠期开始建立空白组、染铅组、不同剂量锌与铅联合作用的仔鼠模型 ,在仔鼠出生后 2 1d测定鼠血锌、脑锌及血铅、脑铅 ,并用暗箱电击法进行行为学测试。结果 锌可以降低血铅浓度 ,但却不能使脑铅浓度降低。铅可降低仔鼠的学习记忆能力 ,中等剂量及高剂量的锌能拮抗铅的作用 ,且此 2组仔鼠学习记忆能力与空白对照组相比差异无显著性。结论 中等剂量的锌可以拮抗铅的毒性。Objective To explore the proper doze of zinc to antagonize the toxicity of lead, and to provide theoretical bases for preventing lead toxicity.Methods The immature rats model of control group, lead exposure group and the group of different dozes of zinc with lead acetate were made during the maternal rats'pregnancy. Darkroom electric stroke test was applied to study the effect of lead and zinc on learning and memory ability on the 21st day after the rats were born. The blood zinc, brain zinc, blood lead and brain lead were measured. Results Zinc could decrease the concentration of lead in blood but had no effects on brain lead. Lead could decrease learning and memory ability, while zinc with middle or high dose could antagonize the toxicity of lead, no significant differences were found between middle dose group, high dose group and control group in learning and memory ability. Conclusion Middle dose zinc is enough to antagonize the toxicity of lead.
