内窥镜单鼻腔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤的护理

摘　　要：目的　探讨行内窥镜单鼻腔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤术患者的良好护理方法。方法　通过对90例内窥镜单鼻腔入路垂体腺瘤切除术患者的护理 ,总结经验。结果　 2 5例多尿患者在术后 3～ 6天内控制了尿量 ,未出现颅内感染及脑脊液鼻漏 ,视力视野得到了不同程度的恢复 ,未出现护理并发症。结论　术前加强心理护理 ,加强病情观察及清洁鼻腔 ,术后着重观察患者的尿量、生命体征、鼻腔分泌物及视力视野的改变 ,可及早预防及处理各种并发症 ,利于康复。Objective Probe into the nursing care of pat ie nts underwent pituitary adenoma resection through endoscope from the single nasa l cavity to sphenoid sinus. Methods To the 90 patients, strengt hening psychological nursing, observing state of an illness and paying attention to cleaning nasal cavity before their operations. And, lay stress on observing the patients' urine quantity, vital symptom, nasal cavity secretion and change o f the eyesight and visual field after their operations in order to prevent and a s soon as possible treat with varied disease simultaneously. Results The 25 patients of much urine quantity are controlled their urine quantity within three to six days after their operations. All patients hadn’t appeared intracranial infection and cerebrospinal rhinorrhea, The patients with impairmen t of vision and visual field had got various degrees of comeback. Conclu sion The technique eases the patients’ suffering and improves the cur ative effect of operation, so it is good for spreading.
