周围型肺癌CT征象与p53基因及生存率的关系

摘　　要：【目的】研究周围型肺癌CT表现与 p5 3基因及生存率的关系。【方法】应用链菌素亲生物素—过氧化酶连接法的快速免疫组化和薄层CT扫描技术 ,探讨 6 7例周围型肺癌CT征象与 p5 3基因表达异常和术后生存率的关系。【结果】肺癌瘤体≥ 3cm ,深分叶、有棘状突起、伪足征、淋巴结转移者与p5 3基因异常表达相关。肺癌瘤体≥ 3cm、深分叶、伪足征、有淋巴转移者与术后生存率低有关。【结论】薄层CT扫描征象和周围型肺癌 p5 3基因的异常表达与生存率密切相关。ObjectiveTo study the CT features of peripheral lung cancer and their correlation with p53 abnormal expression and survival rates.The streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method of rapid immunohistochemistry and thin-section CT were used in this study to detect the CT features and their correlation with p53 abnormal expression and survival rates in 67 cases of peripheral lung cancer proved by pathology.The CT features of lung cancer with a diameter more than 3 cm,spiculate projection or deep lobulation,pseudo-foot sign,and lymph node metastasis were related to the abnormal expression of p53,Low survival rates were associated with diameter of lung cancer>3 cm,deep lobulation,pseudo-foot,lymph node metastasis.[Conclusion]Thin section CT features and abnormal p53 expression of peripheral lung cancer are associated closely with survival rate.
