科学发展观视野下的高等教育发展观

摘　　要：以往的高等教育发展观的主要缺陷在于忽视人的发展 ,其更多关注的是教育系统和机构本身的发展。针对以上缺陷 ,基于科学发展观的视野 ,我们提出了以人为本的高等教育发展观。The main defect formerly of the developmental ideas in higher education is that the development of man was overlooked,and it only showed solicitude for the development of education system and organization. This paper puts forward a developmental idea of man-orientation in higher education in the light of scientific ideas of development.
