家族式民营企业制度创新与改制途径探析

摘　　要：本文针对理论界和企业界普遍关注的家族式民营企业改制问题,在明确界定家族式民营企业内涵和简析其一般发展轨迹的基础上,具体分析了进入成熟期的家族式民营企业所面临的一些重大的问题,由此引出了对家族式民营企业制度创新方式的思考,提出了应采取渐进方式推进家族式民营企业的改制的主张,然后提供了一个分三步完成改制的设想,这为家族式民营企业迈向现代企业制度的实践活动提供了一种参考。The article focuses on the problem that family enterprises change its system to which the scholars and the entrepreneurs pay enough attention. At first, the implication of family enterprise is specified and the general trace of its development is simply analyzed. On the basis of it, the author analyzes some important problem that family enterprises confront in the mature period. So the problem of exploring effective ways of innovating family enterprises' system naturally springs up. The paper insists that the change in family enterprises' system take place gradually, it may be finished by means of a three-step action. Thus, the proposal can be referred when family enterprises turn into that of modern enterprise system.
