摘　　要：目的　了解并分析长期住院精神分裂症患者的口腔卫生保健状况。方法　按第二次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查标准,对144例长期住院的精神分裂症患者进行口腔健康调查研究。结果　长期住院精神分裂症患者的口腔保健和口腔卫生习惯较差;患龋率为 73.61%,牙列完整率为 31.95%,人均失牙 4.36颗。结论　长期住院的精神分裂症患者的口腔卫生状况很差,龋病、牙周病和牙缺失较严重,严重影响了他们的咀嚼功能。政府各级卫生主管部门和精神病医院必须重视长期住院精神分裂症患者的口腔卫生状况,并采取积极的治疗和预防措施。Objective To explore oral health status of schizophrenic patients with long-time hospitalization.Methods According to the standards of the 2nd national oral health sampling survey,144 schizophrenia patients in hospitals for a long time were investigated.Results Oral health protection and oral health habit who had been stayed of schizophrenia with long-time hospitalization were much poor.The rate of dental caries was 73.61%.The rate of complet dentition was 31.95%.The mean mumber of teeth lost are 4.36.Conclusion Oral health status of long-time hospitalized schizophrenic patients is poor.Caries,periodental disease and teeth lost are much more serious and will influence chew function seriously.Thus oral heath status of schizophrenia with long-time hospitalization should be paid attention to and intervened.
