摘　　要：目的　探讨社区精神病防治医生的规范化培训。方法　对39位社区精神病防治医生完成培训前、后测试。结果　这些医生经过3个月的半脱产学习,由培训前的及格率2.56%上升到培训后的及格率84.62%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。培训后对从事社区精神病防治工作的兴趣无显著提高(P>0.05)。结论　经过 3个月的半脱产学习,社区精神病防治医生可以初步掌握精神科常见疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗原则及对药物副反应基本知识的处理。Objective To study the psychiatric training program for community psychiatric practitioners in Guangzhou. Methods Thirty nine practitioners with community psychiatry completed assessment before and after training .Results The pass rate training was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.01).The practitioners’ interest in community mental health did not change significantly after training(P>0.05). Conclusion The results is suggested that community psychiatric practitioners have ability of identifying common psychiatric disorders and managing treatment principles as well as handling drug side effects by 12 weeks half-time psychiatric training.
