摘　　要：考察现行行政起诉期限的各种规定 ,指出其中存在的问题 ,建议通过建立保护行政相对人的诉权能充分实行的基本起诉期限制度、建立最长期限制度、合理衔接行政复议申请期限与起诉期限以及确立期限中断和延长制度来完善行政诉讼的起诉期限。To perfect the due-time system of the administrative prosecution, it's necessary to survey the various regulations on the present due time of the administrative prosecution, point out the existing problems, establish the basic due-time system of prosecution, establish the system with the longest time limit, reasonably connect the application of administrative reconsideration with the time limit of prosecution, and form the system of interrupting and lengthening the time limit.
