摘　　要：改革开放以来,东南亚华商对中国大陆的投资引人注目。一般人们对东南亚华商在引进资金、技术和设备等方面的作用强调得比较多。实际上,东南亚华商在中国引进先进的管理经验和适应市场经济发展的经营技能等方面也作出了很大的贡献。而且,东南亚华商投资企业为中国企业的发展树立了学习的榜样,促进了中国企业的成长。Southeast Asian ethnic Chinese investments in China's Mainland have been the focus of world’s attention since China’s reform and opening to the outside world. The major contribution of Southeast Asian Chinese Businessmen is not only investing capital, transferring technology and equipments, but also introducing advanced managerial experiences and skills which conform to market economic development into China's Mainland. In addition, their invested enterprises have set an example for the development of those in China and promoted the growth of the latter.
