摘  要:本文研究了吸烟对血清和尿中某些重要营养素和体格营养状况的影响。结果显示吸烟可引起血清总蛋白、维生素A和尿维生素C等营养素的浓度不同程度的降低。Quetelet指数和Oeder指数也相应降低。上述指标的变化与吸烟量呈负相关关系。本文结果初步为吸烟引起的早期人体危害提供了营养学方面的实验依据。This paper reported the effect of smoking on nutrient levels in the serum and urine also on body composition. The results showed that smoking was associated with decreased concentrations of total protein and Vitamin A in serum and Vitamin C in urine and reduced measurements on the Quetelet and Oeder indices. There were significant negative correletions between the amount of smoking and the nutrient concentrations and above indices. These results provide a preliminary experimental basis for the early stage nutrition damage associated with smoking.
