摘　　要：本文综述了固相微萃取技术及其在环境、生物、食品等领域中的应用。重点介绍这一技术在有机含氯化合物检测方面国内外的最新进展 。In this paper,the technique of solid phase microextraction(SPME) is reviewed with an emphasis onits applications in the determination of chlorinated organic compounds in the fields of environmental,biologicaland food sciences.Recent advancements of this technique made by both domestic and international scientists aresummarized.In addition,anticipated possible future areas of development in SPME are discussed.
