老年女性血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理因素

摘　　要：为了给制定中国老年女性血红蛋正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.收集了中国157个单位及氰化高铁蛋白(HiCN)法测定的15690例老年女性血红蛋白正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归的方法,研究了其与地理因素的关系.结果发现老年女性血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=168.99).用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:　　　　　　Y∧=13.50+0.00606X1-1.132X4+0.006463X5±16.5用该回归方程可以估算中国某个地区的老年女性血红蛋白正常参考值.依据血红蛋白正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等六个区.In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese old women's hemoglbin. A research is made about relationship between the reference value of 15690 examples of Chinese heal thy old women's hemoglobin and five geograpical factors in 157 areas in China, the normal reference value is determined by the hemoglobincyanide method. It is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the reference value of Chinese old women's hemoglobio are quite significant (F=168.99).Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation are given out: Y∧=13.50+0.00606X_1-1.132X_4+0.006463X_5±16.5 The reference value of Chinese old women's hemoglobin of this area can be reckoned using regression equation, Futhermore, according to the similarity of the reference value of Chinese old women's hemoglobin, taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering effects of other geographical factors and population distribution, China can be divided into six regions: Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North and Northeast regions.
