三氧化二砷对小鼠实体瘤抑瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：建立肝癌实体瘤小鼠模型 ,观察不同浓度的三氧化二砷 (As2 O3 )对实体瘤小鼠瘤体重量的影响 ,检测实体瘤小鼠白细胞 (WBC)数量 ,并进行骨髓涂片检查 ,了解As2 O3 对骨髓造血功能的影响 .结果表明 :低 ,中浓度As2 O3 治疗肝癌实体瘤小鼠的瘤体重量明显减小 ,抑瘤率分别达 :39 3%和 2 4 4 % ,与对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 1和P <0 0 5 ) ;高浓度As2 O3 治疗肝癌实体瘤小鼠的瘤体重量减小不明显 ,与对照组相比无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) .低、中浓度As2 O3 治疗肝癌实体瘤小鼠外周血WBC数量明显增多 ,骨髓涂片检查发现有核细胞增生活跃 ,粒红比例正常 ,巨核细胞多见 ,说明治疗量的As2 O3 对骨髓造血功能无抑制作用 .To study the tumor-inhibited effect of arsenic trioxide (As 2O 3) on rumored-mice of hepatic carcinma(Hep), and to find out whether or not it has the side effect of bone marrow inhibition, 40 Hep rumored-mice were randomized into 4 groups, and gave As 2O 3 -treat in different dose; to detect the side effect of bone marrow inhibition of As 2O 3 by counting the blood WBC and by bone marrow smear. The result is that the tumor-inhibiting rates of lower and middle concentration group were 39.3% and 24.4% (P<0.01 or P<0.05); As 2O 3 did not have the side effect of bone marrow inhibition.
