摘　　要：从铁道车辆用钢的化学成分设计、冶炼与连铸工艺及轧制工艺等方面,介绍了马钢SM400B铁道车辆用H型钢产品研制情况,指出了存在的不足,提出了改进意见。试制结果表明,试制产品的成分设计比较合理,机械性能好,各项性能指标均优于标准要求,表面质量好,外观尺寸精确,完全可替代同类进口产品。The development of SM400B H-beam for railway truck is introduced in aspects of designing of che-mical composition, the process of smelting, continuous casting and rolling. The paper points out existent lacks andputs forward opinions to improve them. The result of trial-production indicates that the chemical compositions ofSM400B are designed reasonably, and the products are provided with high mechanical property and surfacequality, accurate shape measure. The products will completely replace imported ones.
