摘　　要：介绍了六流方坯中间包水口的设计和改进过程,研究了钢水中[Mn]含量和水口ZrO_2对水口使用寿命的影响,并对水口使用寿命的提高进行了经济效益分析。The design and reform of billet CC tundish nozzle were introduced. The effects of manganese content in molten steel and zirconium anhydride content in nozzles on the life of nozzles were studied. The economic effect based on the result of this work was also analyzed.
