摘 要:针对CA4110/125ZL柴油机低速低负荷的振动,通过对卡车的动力学特性、发动机的燃烧过程、燃油系统的供油过 程的分析,找到产生振动的主要原因:燃油系统在低速低负荷的不稳定喷射以及供油不均匀性。在此基础上,提出了降 低CA4110/125ZL柴油机和卡车振动的有效方法和技术措施,发明了双弹簧出油阀,减振效果在发动机台架和卡车上得 到验证,有效地解决了这一问题。Considering the vibration phenomenon of CA4110/125ZL diesel engine at low speed and low load, according to analysis of the truck dynamic characteristic ,engine working process and fueling process of fuel injection system, the main reasons for the vibration were discovered: unstable injection characteristic and uniformity of delivery fuel of fuel injection system. Efficient methods for reducing vibration of CA4110/125ZL diesel engine were given, on the basis of the analysis, we invented dual-spring delivery valve which effect on reducing vibration was validated in engine test bench and truck.
