摘　　要：结合冶金企业生产经营特点 ,就经济责任制运作中的关键环节作一些尝试性的探讨 ,重点分析了经济责任制指导思想、客体定位、责任中心选择、经济责任制执行等环节在责任制制定与实施的重要作用 ,阐明了具体操作中应予以关注的事项及应采取的措施。On the basis of production and operating characteristic in metallurgical enterprise,the key links in running of economic responsibility system were discussed ontlimianilz,the important role of directive function of economic responsibility system,object locating,selection of responsible center,and execution of economic responsibility system in responsibility formulating and implementing was analyzed.Matters needing attention in practice and measures the should be taken were expounded.
