血清CA15-3与CEA,SF联检对乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:比较肿瘤标志物—CA15-3单项检测及其与CEA、SF联检对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:选择 乳腺癌患者66例,乳腺良性疾病患者63例,用CLIA法测其血清CA15-3、CEA、SF含量,与正常组比较。结 果:在乳腺癌组中,CA15-3+CEA+SF、CA15-3+SF阳性率分别为81.8%、74.2%,均明显高于CA15-3单 项检测阳性率(54.5%)(P<0.01,P<0.05);在乳腺癌组的无转移组中,CA15-3+CEA+SF联检阳性率为 74.4%,明显高于CA15-3单项检测阳性率(46.5%)(P<0.01)。各组中,其余各种联检阳性率比较均无明显 差别(P>0.05)。结论:血清CA15-3+CEA+SF联检可以明显提高乳腺癌特别是无转移乳腺癌的检出率,是 诊断早期乳腺癌较好的实验室检测组合项目。Objective To compare the diagnostic sensitivity of isolated detection of CA15-3 with that of combined detection of serum CA15-3, CEA, and SF contents in patients with breast cancer. Methods Serum CA15-3, CEA and SF contents were measured with CLIA in 66 patients with breast cancer, 63 patients with benign breast disorders and 44 female controls. Results In patients with breast carcinoma, the positive rate of combined CA15-3+CEA+SF detection and combined CA15-3+SF deterction was 81.8% and 74.2% respectively, both significantly higher than that of isolated CA15-3 detection (54.5%, P<0.01, P<0.05). In breast cancer patients without metastasis, the positive rate of combined CA15-3+CEA+SF detection was 74.4%, being significantly higher than that of isolated CA15-3 detection (46.5%, P<0 01); however, positive rate with other combinations (CA15-3+CEA or CA15-3+SF) was not much different (P>0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum CA15-3, CEA and SF contents would greatly enhance the diagnostic sensitivity in patients with breast cancer especially the non-metastatic ones and would be the ideal laboratory diagnostic tool.
