基于PetriNet的钢胚磷化PLC控制系统建模及程序设计

摘　　要：采用将分层PetriNet和T组合PetriNet相结合的方法,构建了钢坯磷化PLC控制系统的PetriNet模型,并采用T组合PetriNet的方法对系统性能进行了分析.结果表明:3个子PetriNet具有相同的结构性质,只要分析其中一个子PetriNet模型,就可以推导出整个系统的性能,大大简化了系统性能分析的工作量.最后给出了系统的主要控制逻辑方程.Adopting the method to connect Hierarchy PetriNet and T-composition PetriNet,the PetriNet model of PLC control system for the Billet phosphated process was constructed,and analysed the system capability of the method of T-composition PetriNet.The result indicated that the 3 sub-PetriNet possess the same construction characteristics,and only one of the sub-PetriNet model was be analysed,the capability of whole system could be understood, so this method lead to reduce the workload to analyse system capability.In the end,the main control logic equations were presented.
