摘 要:目的 通过跳台和水迷宫实验 ,对不同月龄的App转基因阳性小鼠及转基因阴性小鼠进行观察比较。 方法 采用水迷宫及跳台实验测定小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果 9月龄App阳性小鼠水迷宫实验中寻找逃避平台的潜伏期较 6月龄阳性小鼠有显著差异 ,1 0、1 1、1 2月龄阳性小鼠较 6月龄阳性小鼠有极其显著差异 (P <0 0 1 )。跳台实验表明 1 2月龄阳性小鼠较 6月龄阳性小鼠有明显差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 随着增龄 ,转基因小鼠行为缺陷日见明显。该现象符合老年痴呆病程的发展。Objective To compare the behavioral difference between App transgenic positive mice and negative mice in different age periods. Methods Jump platform experiment and water maze experiment were used. Results In water maze experiment, the latent period of seeking for platform of 9 months old App (+) mice was longer than that of 6 months old App (+) mice, with statistical prominent differentia; 10, 11, 12 months App (+) mice also have a significant difference in statistics with 6 months old App (+) mice. In jump platform experiment, there was a prominent difference of jumping time in statistic between 12 months old App (+) mice and 6 months old App (+). Conclusions Along with ageing, the transgenic mice have apparent defects in behavior, this phenomena accords with the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
